Javier began his sporting career as professional soccer/futbol player, evolving into an international sports marketing executive with 28 years experience, having worked with FIFA, UEFA, football/ soccer leagues around the world, and the world’s top 10 athletes. He has experience in all aspects from team sales and acquisitions, to team management and growth, to marketing and PR to deal structuring in the sports world.

Tim is a seasoned entrepreneur working with early-stage companies in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles in technology, transportation, and entertainment – including virtual worlds/metaverses and games. He has worked with companies like Apple, Electronic Arts, and successful startups. 2x founder, inventor, holds multiple patents. NCAA athlete, mountaineer. MFA NYU, MBA from the French business school EDHEC.
Greg Parker, Founder

Greg is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur – founded 5 startups with exits, inventor, patent holder for peer-to-peer networks in the US and EU, Over 12 years experience in blockchain, over 3 years experience in NFTs and DAOs, over 2 years with metaverses (20 years with virtual worlds). Extensive experience building and managing large, scalable systems in blockchain, metaverses, streaming media, communications, entertainment, advertising, gaming, trading, crm, social networking, and education.
Piotr Nowak
Football Director
Piotr was voted one of the best players in the Bundesliga for the 1995–96 season while playing with 1860 Munich. Nowak played for the Poland national football team throughout the 1990s, earning 24 caps, serving as national captain for several years, and was voted Polish Player of the Year in 1996. As a coach, he is a former assistant coach of the United States men’s national soccer team under Bob Bradley, former head coach of United States U-23 men’s national soccer team, and former head coach of D.C. United and Philadelphia Union of MLS.

Zain is the Co-Founder & CEO at Citizen.VC, a venture focused FinTech startup and early-stage investor built and backed by top names in Silicon Valley and Wall Street. He has been one of the early employees at Google where he established and led International Business Operations, growing Google Corporate IT from 35 employees in 1 office to 10,000+ employees in 20 offices across the world. During his tenure, he created processes and best practices that are currently applied by top Silicon Valley players like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Since founding OZ Ventures in 2005 and prior to Citizen.VC, he invested into 50 startups. Currently, he’s on the Board of Directors or Advisor to 5 startups.
Josep Maria Minguella

After studying law at the University of Barcelona, Minguella was hired by FC Barcelona in 1970 as an interpreter for English coach Vic Buckingham. When Rinus Michels took over as the club’s coach in 1971, Minguella became his assistant coach for four seasons before spending a year as secretary for Hércules CF. In 1978, he was involved in the campaign of Josep Lluís Núñez for club president of FC Barcelona. Minguella then became an international football advisor, bringing many players to FC Barcelona, including Diego Maradona, Hristo Stoitchkov, and Romario. He also discovered Lionel Messi and brought him to FC Barcelona. Minguella later served as the club’s transfer advisor under President Joan Gaspart. Today, Minguella is an active member of FC Barcelona and has a television show as a European football analyst as well as serving as the FC Barcelona Live commentator.
